Former world's strongest man Eddie Hall tested himself in a brutal army fitness test, and his results may surprise you.
Since retiring from competing in the World's Strongest Man competition after his victory in 2017, Hall has remained heavily involved in sports and fitness.
When he's not making content for his YouTube channel with some of the best athlete in the UK, including the likes of interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall, Hall has been competing in boxing Mixed Martial Arts.

But in his latest video, the 37-year-old took things up another level as he decided to push himself in a brutal fitness tests used within the British army.
The first test, the Soldier Conditioning Assessment is a test that evaluates someone's aerobic capacity and upper and lower body strength through four exercises.

In order to pass the first part of the test Hall had to complete a 2km in under 10 minutes and 50 seconds, immediately after an 800m warm-up.

Initially, Hall was on track to finish the far quicker than necessary, when he suddenly had to stop to make an emergency trip to the toilet, leading to a total time of 10 minutes and 57 seconds.
Next, he had to do 10 reps of deadlifting at least 80kg, an easy task for the man who holds the record for the heaviest weight lifted ever after deadlifting 500kg at the 2016 Giants Live World Deadlift Championships.
Immediately after that, Hall had to do at least 10 press ups within a one minute period, which he again comfortably smashed, doing a total of 62 press ups in the allotted time, something which is seriously impressive given his weight of 161kg.
Finally, Hall needed to do three pull-ups without letting go of the bar, something he was concerned about due to his weight and an injury he sustained to his lats.

But, it appears that he didn't need to worry, as he managed to do the three pull-ups with relative ease, leading the army veteran overseeing the challenge to conclude that he almost certainly would have passed despite missing out on the pass time for the run.
And it's safe to say, fans of the former strongman were seriously impressed with his performance, as they took to social media to congratulate him.
Reacting on YouTube one fan wrote: "Seeing how well you did on the tests shocked me. The running at your size I was just watching that treadmill bounce. Also that cage for pull ups was not big enough for you at all."
